In the article, Bret says that his hair is "about an inch, an inch and a half all the way around, it's very Sid Vicious in style. It's flopped all over the place in chunks. I kind of like it, to be honest," he notes. "It feels good after so many years of having my hair long, it's kind of free. I'm gonna let it grow and then when it gets to the point of where it looks cool I'll end up chopping it all off again."

This is an even older shot from about 1985. IMHO, it's one of the best pictures I've ever seen of Bret. In fact, if I weren't married, I'd probably still have this poster hanging in my bedroom. *grin*
